Game-INN Waregem

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to book?

Not for a normal visit. We only recommend booking for a birthday party with a package, a group coming outside opening hours or a very large group.

Do the machines work with coins or cards?

No. You pay for entry once and every machine is on free play.

Can I book a specific machine?

No, entry is all-in. If a machine's taken, just wait a moment or play something else in the meantime.

When is it busiest?

Saturday afternoons and during the school holidays. Wednesday afternoons and Friday evenings are quieter.

Can I bring my own cake?

Of course, as long as we get a slice too. Bringing your own drinks isn't allowed. There's a microwave at the bar to heat something up.

Are you open every day during the holidays?

Yes, during the school holidays we're open every day. The hours can vary from day to day; you'll always find them on the site.

Do we get the games hall to ourselves if we book?

No. If you want the whole games hall just for you, send us an email for a custom quote.

How does paying work?

You pay at the end of your visit. When you arrive we note down your group; at the desk you choose 1 hour, 2 hours or a day ticket. A few minutes either way doesn't matter. If not everyone played for the same time, just say so when you settle up. Drinks can go on a tab, and an invoice or purchase order is possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Payconiq, Bancontact and most credit cards. We don't accept cryptocurrencies.

Does a parent who's just coming along have to pay?

No, only those who play pay. Accompanying adults are welcome to come into the games hall or have a drink in the café.

Is there a minimum age?

We recommend it from age 5, with supervision.

Can we eat there?

The bar has crisps and fresh popcorn. There are places to eat within walking distance, and you're welcome to bring food to eat in the board game room. You can get plates and cutlery free of charge at the bar.

Do I have to pay to play a board game?

No, board games are free. We do ask that you regularly have a drink or snack from the bar.

Can we hold a meeting there?

Yes, the board game room can be used as a meeting room, with a projector, combined with a visit or group activity.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking on the private road next to the building and in the street. Waregem station is just round the corner.

Can you stay overnight?

No.
